Shipping & Delivery
- We offer same day delivery within Nairobi with an additional charge of 500 ksh as a delivery charge. If in case the product is not ready, we take 3-4 days to deliver within Nairobi.
- Outside Nairobi, we use Wells Fargo as our delivery partner, the shipping charges depends on the weight and city in Kenya. Kindly whatsapp on +254 713 092 262 or email us on mysoultonic@gmail.com with your complete order and we shall let you assist you with the same.
- For custom made orders it takes 7-10 working days to process all orders.
- Our working days are Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5pm). No orders are processed over the weekends or on public holidays according to the Kenyan calendar.
- For international orders, all order will be delivered via DHL in 5 to 7 business days. Free delivery globally for orders over 1000 USD, in case of Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment will be born by the customer
